Overview
Assaultrons are humanoid combat robots in Fallout 76 that were built before the war for military, security, and corporate defense use. They are fast-moving robots with a sleek, human-like frame and are considered one of the more dangerous robotic enemies in Appalachia.
In combat, Assaultrons use close-range melee attacks and can fire a powerful laser from their head. Some variants are also capable of stealth-based behavior, allowing them to become harder to see before attacking. They are commonly found in military sites, high-security facilities, robot-controlled areas, and locations tied to pre-war technology or automated defense systems.
Locations
Assaultrons can be found patrolling the perimeter of Watoga in the Cranberry Bog. Fast travel to Watoga Station and follow the train tracks west. An Assaultron can be seen walking the perimeter path of Watoga.
