These Terms of Service govern your use of Index76, an independent Fallout 76 reference site. By using Index76 or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Index76 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bethesda Softworks or ZeniMax Media. Fallout 76 and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Index76 is an independent community project.

You may create one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If you are creating an account on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to do so.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or submit false or harmful content.

When you submit content to Index76 — including screenshots, corrections, descriptions, research notes, maps, or any other material — you grant Index76 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content on the site and in related materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is your own or that you have permission to submit it.

Do not submit:

• Content copied from other creators, wikis, or sites without permission
• Images or text that violate someone else's copyright
• False, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate information
• Content that is abusive, harassing, or inappropriate
• Personally identifiable information about other players without their consent

Not every submission will be added to the site. We may edit, reformat, or decline any submission at our discretion.

Index76 is a community reference project. While we aim for accuracy, game data, mechanics, drop rates, spawn locations, and event information can change with game updates, vary by server, or be incomplete.

Index76 makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the site. Use information here as a helpful reference, not as authoritative game documentation.

When using Index76, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Scrape or bulk-download content without permission
• Use Index76 for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Impersonate Index76 staff or other users

Index76 is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the site. We may take the site offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons at any time without prior notice.

Index76 and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on information found here, or inability to access the site. The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
