Caps-A-Plenty is a limited-time event that increases the number of Caps vendors have available. During the event, vendors carry more Caps than usual, so players can sell more items before they run dry.
In some versions of the event, the daily vendor Caps limit is also doubled — letting players earn up to 2,800 Caps per day instead of the usual 1,400.
