Overview

Free Range has players escort three stray brahmin back to safety after their Mr. Farmhand is destroyed. The event can begin in different regions — The Forest, Savage Divide, or The Mire — with the route leading to one of several farm destinations.

Walkthrough

  1. 1When the event starts, locate the three stray brahmin and pick up a shepherd's crook — one can be looted from the destroyed Mr. Farmhand at the start. You can also use one you already have, or loot one from cattle rustlers encountered along the route.
  2. 2Use the shepherd's crook to get the brahmin moving. You can also use it during the escort to make them move faster for a short time.
  3. 3Protect the brahmin as they travel. Enemies will attack along the route and try to kill them before they reach the destination.
  4. 4Partway through the event, a Sheepsquatch howl may spook one of the brahmin and cause it to flee. Track it down and bring it back to continue the escort.
  5. 5Near the end of the route, one or more legendary Sheepsquatch appear as the final threat. Defeat them while keeping as many brahmin alive as possible.
  6. 6The event completes as long as at least one brahmin survives to the end of the route.
