Take part in a ritual at Point Pleasant to help summon the Wise Mothman. Work with Interpreter Clarence and the Enlightened by preparing the ritual sites, lighting the pyres, and defending them from attacking cultists and creatures.

Walkthrough
Start the event by speaking with Interpreter Clarence in Point Pleasant.
Stage 1 — Prepare the Ritual
After listening to Clarence's instructions, destroy the containment vines around the three ritual pyres:
- Near the waterfront
- By the collapsed bridge
- Inside the church
Then complete the ritual tasks:
- Kill the Cultist Prophets
- Destroy the glowing Totems of Warding
- Collect albino radstag blood and deposit it into the blood troughs
Optional
If you have perfect mothman eggs, deposit them into the Cradle of the Pretenders during the preparation stage to change which mothman enemies appear later.
Once ritual prep is finished, light all three pyres.
Stage 2 — Defend the Pyres
After the pyres are lit, defend them from three waves of enemies. Stay mobile and protect whichever pyre is under the most pressure.

Stage 3 — Summon the Wise Mothman
After the last wave is defeated, go to the roof of the Mothman Museum and use emotes to help complete the summoning. Once enough players perform the ritual gestures, the Wise Mothman appears and the event completes.

Best performance also awards a 1-star legendary item. All tiers include a Large Goody Bag, two Aid Goody Bags, and Explosives. If all plans are already learned, apparel items are awarded instead.
