Help light Landview Lighthouse by gathering bioluminescent fluid from nearby creatures. Once the lighthouse is lit, a Wise Mothman can be summoned.

Go to Landview Lighthouse
Travel to Landview Lighthouse while the event is active. When you arrive, you will receive a transmission from Brother Moncrief asking for help lighting the lighthouse.

Collect bioluminescent fluid
Defeat fireflies around the lighthouse and collect bioluminescent fluid from them. Radtoads may also spawn in the area — clear them out as needed while farming fluid.

Light the lighthouse
Collect 30 bioluminescent fluids, then climb to the top of the lighthouse and activate the light to deposit them. Once enough fluid has been added, the lighthouse will activate and the event will complete.

Commune with the Wise Mothman
After the event completes, leave the lighthouse and commune with the Wise Mothman outside to receive a temporary XP bonus.
