Uranium Fever takes place inside Blackwater Mine, where players help restart and protect a uranium extraction system. The mine is controlled by mole miners, and once the extractors come online, they will attack in waves to stop the operation.

Overview
Walkthrough
- 1Go to Blackwater Mine and speak with the Blackwater Auto-Foreman near the entrance.
- 2If the event is available, the Auto-Foreman will allow you to begin. Enter the mine and head toward the extraction room.
- 3Use the terminal in the extraction area to start the uranium extraction process.
- 4Defend the three extractors throughout the event — mole miners will attack in waves to stop the operation. Some may be glowing or stronger variants, and legendary mole miners can also appear.
- 5Keep each extractor repaired and running. If one breaks, repair it with steel so the extraction progress can continue.
- 6The better you maintain the extractors, the higher the final extraction output. Keep downtime as low as possible for the best result.
- 7When the extraction process finishes, the event completes. Loot the mole miners and use the nearby workbench if you need to scrap gear before leaving.
Extractors
There are three extractors to defend inside the mine:
Extractor Alpha
Extractor Bravo
Extractor Charlie
Repair any extractor that breaks with steel. Each extractor that stays online contributes to the total extraction output — keeping all three running gives the best reward tier.
