Bounty Hunting: Head Hunt

Overview

Head Hunt is a public bounty event in Fallout 76, added with the Burning Springs update. It sends players after a named bounty target in the Burning Springs region.

How to Start

First, speak with the Ghoul about bounty hunting.

Then obtain a wanted poster by either:

  • Paying the Ghoul 5,000 caps
  • Earning one from Grunt Hunts

Place the wanted poster on the big bounties board outside The Last Resort bar in Highway Town to start the event.

Objective

Travel to the marked location, wait for the event prompt, then launch the flare to summon the target.

Defeat the named bounty target to complete the event. The target is a three-star legendary enemy supported by other enemies, including two-star legendary posse members.
