After learning the recipe, Black-Eyed Susan's Soothin' can be crafted at a Cooking Station. Introduced in the Ghoul Within update, it is part of the expanded selection of craftable drinks added alongside new regional flora and consumables.
Like other crafted beverages, it can be consumed for temporary bonuses, sold to vendors, or traded between players. Its comparatively high value makes it a more specialized consumable than most standard teas and juices.
